To view availability for your anticipated event date, please view the calendar listed below by clicking on the View Available Dates tab. If your date is available, go to the Download Rental Application tab to fill out the application and send it to the email listed on the application.

Due to COVID-19, we have limited our event space capacities to allow for social distancing and to ensure a safe and seamless event. Please see the below Guidelines for new policies and protocols and updated capacities for our event locales.
***Please note at this time, we are not permitting rentals of Bicentennial Park or the Promenade. If you wish to have a gathering utilizing those spaces, it must be for 10 people or less, or your event will be shutdown.
All reservations are required at least 30 days in advance for events that don't necessitate a special event permit and 90 days in advance for Special Events!
