What is Riviera Beach City Marina?
Riviera Beach City Marina is a municipal marina managed by Seven Kings Holdings, a leader in marina management. Riviera Beach City Marina offers 140’ newly constructed MarineTek floating wet slips for vessels up to 120’. This marina is open to the public and offers transient, monthly, seasonal, or annual slip rentals.
What are the benefits of docking at Riviera Beach City Marina?
Riviera Beach City Marina is open to the public and we consider our tenants "members." We offer concierge-level service, on-site amenities such as a Captain's Lounge with complimentary gourmet coffee, clean restrooms, laundry facilities, social events and virtual offices with fax, copy, and Internet access, and more.
Is Riviera Beach City Marina a "Clean Marina"?
We believe that marina owners and operators should serve our industry as good stewards of the aquatic marine environment. We have chosen to lead by example. We voluntarily initiated and implemented a set of environmental Best Management Practices (BMP) designed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to preserve Florida's waterways. These BMPs address critical environmental issues such as sensitive habitat, waste management, storm water control, spill prevention, and emergency preparedness. We are pleased to report that Riviera Beach City Marina has obtained the distinguished Clean Marina designation.
Do you have wet slips?
Yes, we have 140 wet slips accommodating vessels up to 120'.
What is the depth of the marina or approach to the marina at low tide?
Average depth at mean low tide is 7 feet.
Do you have dry storage?
We do have hurricane-rated (140 mph wind) dry storage at Loggerhead Marina - Riviera Beach for vessels up to 50 feet. We feature the largest marine forklifts in the world and can lift up to 52,000 pounds.
Do you rent boats?
We do not rent boats at our marina though there are jet skis available for rent. If you are interested in a charter boat, we can assist you with arrangements. Charters may come into our marina to pick up clients. We can also assist you in finding local rental boat companies.
How do I get to Riviera Beach City Marina?
Marina Village is conveniently located in the heart of Palm Beach County.
: Exit at Blue Heron Boulevard and head east. Turn right onto US-1/Broadway and about a mile down the road turn left on 13th street.
From the Turnpike
: Exit 107 toward FL-710/Beeline Hwy and head east. Turn left onto N Jog Rd, use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto FL 710-E for 4.8 miles. Turn left onto Australian Ave and then turn right onto W 13th Street.
From the Water
: We are located at the Palm Beach Inlet. Red marker 42, west side of peanut island.
What are the hours for Riviera Beach City Marina?
We are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week. The office is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
What do I do if there is an after-hours emergency?
The marina office phones are forwarded nightly to an answering service. The service will contact the harbormaster or another Loggerhead Marina official in the event of an emergency. If the incident involves an injury or the law is being broken, please dial 911. A call to the marina office will also be appreciated
What is the closest airport?
Palm Beach International Airport provides both domestic and international flight service from most major carriers. The directions are as follows:
From I-95: From both northbound and southbound I-95, follow the airport signs. The airport is located just south of downtown West Palm Beach.
From the Florida Turnpike: From the north, take the Okeechobee Blvd. exit and go east (approximately 3 to 4 miles) to Congress Avenue. Turn right (south) on Congress Avenue and continue to Belvedere Road. Proceed straight ahead across Belvedere Road to the north entrance of the airport. From the south, take Southern Blvd. exit #97 and head east approximately 5 miles to Australian Avenue. Take Australian Avenue north and proceed to the airport entrance on your left.
Do you offer new or used boat sales?
We do not offer new or used boat sales at Riviera Beach City Marina. Please feel free, however, to contact our Harbor Master for assistance regarding sales, boat rentals, charters, or other leasing opportunities.
Do you sell gas or diesel?
Riviera Beach City Marina sells Valv-Tect 90 octane non-ethanol gasoline and diesel. Please contact the Harbor Master for more information.
Do you sell bait?
We stock frozen bait on-site.
Are there any good fishing locations near you?
Our marina is located just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean with quick access to great off-shore fishing.
Fishing in Palm Beach County is arguably some of the best in the world. The winter sailfish bite, and the spring mahi-mahi runs and skyrocketing kingfish are all found in abundance. Offshore fishing includes dolphin, marlin, sailfish, grouper, snapper, kingfish, cobia, wahoo, bluefish, and assorted sharks. Inshore fishing spots include Munyon Island, which is visible from the marina, with favorite catches of pompano, jack, croaker, permit, bonefish, and snapper.
Do you have on-site pump-out service? How do I arrange for pump-out service?
Pump-out service is available at each slip.
How far away is the beach?
Riviera Beach is less than 1 mile from the beach. Depart the marina and walk, ride, or drive over the Blue Heron Bridge. Go straight ahead for two blocks and you will find a wide public access beach.
Are there any beaches or islands nearby that we can drop anchor and swim?
Peanut Island, just 100 feet away is a local favorite for boats of all sizes. The island includes campgrounds, a snorkeling lagoon, BBQ pits, a fishing pier, and restrooms.
For locals who live north, enjoy the "Sand Bar" located due west of the Jupiter Inlet. Head due west of the inlet into the Loxahatchee River basin and south of the channel, there you'll see hundreds of boats filled with people enjoying hundreds of yards of sandy flats. Music, Frisbees, and footballs fill the air. For additional directions or locations, check with your harbormaster.
Are there any areas close by to go water-skiing?
You can water-ski directly out of the marina into Lake Worth. Heavy boat traffic on the weekends can cause a safety hazard. Water-skiers tend to stay closer to the western and northern edges of Lake Worth. Talk to your Harbor Master about tides and shifting sandbars that can lead to problems.
Are there any restaurants on the water that I can get to?
Many restaurants are accessible by boat including the tourists' favorite, Sailfish Marina. Other restaurants include the Waterway Café and the newly opened Seasons 52, are only 25 minutes away. Head north through Lake Worth along the Intracoastal Waterway until you reach PGA Blvd. The previously mentioned restaurants are located north, south, east, and west of the PGA Bridge.
Are there any fixed bridges in the area? If so, what is the height limit?
Voyage to the north is via the Blue Heron Bridge with a fixed clearance of 65 feet. Continue heading north through the Intracoastal Waterway you encounter bridges at U.S. 1 in North Palm Beach and PGA Blvd. Check with your Harbor Master for updated bridge opening schedules. The following are the current schedules: Parker Bridge on the quarter-hour and three-quarter hour; PGA Bridge on the hour and half-hour; Donald Ross Bridge on the hour and half-hour; Indiantown Road Bridge on the hour and half-hour; and the U.S. 1 Bridge is on demand.
Do you offer parking for Peanut Island?
Yes. Peanut Island parking is located in the Over Flow Lot Only. Lot is located west of Avenue C and south of old 13th Street (see sitemap below). Signage posted on-site as well.
